Where we deliver

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. We are an online retailer only, so orders reach you by courier — customers cannot visit our address, and there is no in-person collection.

Delivery charges

  • Rs.600 flat, whatever you order and wherever in Pakistan it goes.
  • Free on orders over Rs.5,000.

How long it takes

Orders are delivered within 5 business days, anywhere in Pakistan.

Your courier and tracking

We send all orders with TCS. Once your parcel is with them, TCS sends your tracking details by email and SMS, so you can follow it yourself from that point on.

If your parcel is late

If your order has passed 5 business days and has not arrived, get in touch and we will look into it with you:

  • Email hello@foyurplastics.com — we aim to reply within 48 hours.
  • WhatsApp +92 332 6769676 (WhatsApp only), 10:00 to 18:00.

Please have your order number ready — it makes tracing the parcel much quicker.

If delivery cannot be completed

TCS normally tries to deliver two or three times. Please make sure the phone number on your order is one you will answer, and that the address is complete — that is what the rider works from.

If TCS cannot deliver after those attempts, the parcel comes back to us. We can send it out again, but the delivery charge applies a second time. Message us on WhatsApp and we will arrange it.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, tell us within 48 hours of delivery using the email or WhatsApp number above.

A note on delivery charges and refunds

If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, we refund the delivery charge along with the price of the items — or, if we replace the item instead, we cover the cost of sending the replacement. On a change-of-mind return we refund the items only. The full detail sits in our Return and Refund Policy.
