Orders are usually processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

If an item is temporarily unavailable, we will contact you using the details provided at checkout.

Incorrect addresses

Damaged or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the package and product. We will review the issue and help resolve it as quickly as possible.
