Please include your order number
Give us your order number whenever you write. It is on the order confirmation email you received after paying, and it tells us exactly which order you mean, so you do not have to describe it from memory.
It also helps to say briefly what has happened and what you would like us to do about it.

This is our registered business address, not a shop. It is not open to visitors, so please do not travel there to collect an order or to hand one over in person. We sell online only.
Before you send anything back
Please do not post an item to the address above without arranging it with us first. Write to hello@foyurplastics.com before sending anything back. What can be returned, and by when, is set out in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Returns are sent back by you, to an address we give you once the return is approved. Please message or email us before sending anything.
