We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Foyur Plastics. This Refund Policy explains when returns, exchanges, and refunds may be available.

Return window

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all included parts, labels, and accessories. A restocking fee of 10% of the item's cost will be charged for any returns.

Items that cannot be returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging or included parts.
  • Final sale, clearance, custom, or special-order items, unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.
  • Items returned after the return window has passed.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product and packaging. If approved, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the issue and product availability. A video of the product being unboxed from the sealed courier packaging to the actual product will also be required.

How to request a return

To request a return, contact us at hello@foyurplastics.com with your order number and reason for return. Please do not send items back before your return request is approved.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by law or the issue was caused by our error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, we may offer store credit, another suitable product, or a refund where applicable.
