Anywhere in Pakistan. We sell online only, so every order goes out by courier. There is no shop or collection point.

Rs.500 per order, flat, wherever in Pakistan it goes. Free on orders over Rs.5,000.

Orders arrive within 5 business days anywhere in Pakistan. We send everything with TCS, who email and text you the tracking details once the parcel is with them.

Online at checkout, through XPay by PostEx. We do not offer cash on delivery.

No. The price shown plus delivery is what you pay.

Yes. You have 7 calendar days from delivery to ask for a return. The item must come back unused, in its original packaging and in a condition we could sell again. For a change of mind you pay the return courier, and the Rs.500 delivery charge is not refunded. Sale items can be returned too, unless they are marked clearance or final sale.

Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, by WhatsApp or email, with your order number and a photo. Once we confirm, send it back with a courier of your choice and keep the receipt. We reimburse the courier cost when the item reaches us, then refund you or send a replacement.

Before dispatch, yes. Message us with your order number. Once TCS has the parcel it cannot be cancelled, so please use the return process instead.
